Warranty Policy

Product Warranty:

  • Our products (excluding bulbs) come with a 3-year warranty.
  • Contact us at support@skfwaitkw.ca within the warranty period for any product issues or questions.
  • Please provide pictures and videos of the problems you are experiencing.
  • We will respond to your emails within 12 hours and offer solutions.

Covered by Warranty:

  • Free replacement of accessories if the issues are related to them.
  • Replacement items will be sent by express delivery and should arrive within 9-10 working days.
  • If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist in resolving it within 1-2 working days.
  • Professional electrician installation is recommended.

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damages resulting from improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are not covered.
  • After the 3-year warranty period, replacements and technical support will incur charges.

Technical Support:

  • We continue to provide technical support even after the warranty period.
  • Replacement items and technical support services will be charged.
