Warranty Policy
Product Warranty:
- Our products (excluding bulbs) come with a 3-year warranty.
- Contact us at support@skfwaitkw.ca within the warranty period for any product issues or questions.
- Please provide pictures and videos of the problems you are experiencing.
- We will respond to your emails within 12 hours and offer solutions.
Covered by Warranty:
- Free replacement of accessories if the issues are related to them.
- Replacement items will be sent by express delivery and should arrive within 9-10 working days.
- If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist in resolving it within 1-2 working days.
- Professional electrician installation is recommended.
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damages resulting from improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are not covered.
- After the 3-year warranty period, replacements and technical support will incur charges.
Technical Support:
- We continue to provide technical support even after the warranty period.
- Replacement items and technical support services will be charged.
